Provided the transaction is approved by the anti-trust authority, the closing is expected to take place within the comingweeks. The transaction will be financed with both equity and debt. TheWarsaw Spire Tower (building section A) has 49floors and isthe highest office tower inWarsaw. The office space is fully rented, among others toGoldman Sachs, Samsung, JLL and Mastercard. The average remaining termof the contracts(WAULT) equalsapprox. 4.6years.
